Iv been thinking about picking this up since it will be the first time buying a mac (24") and is it a good buy? Also Leopard, worth the buy?

thats your preference, tiger is already better than xp, and basically the same as vista, but a bit better, so leopard is a "HECK YES"

I was talking to support and they said no while the site says yes...???

Yes, the missing manual was very useful for me, so I'd recommend it.

Although I don't have any official info, nobody would loan you money without charging interest. I would not know the exact APR number, but I believe every money lending place is legally required to disclose their APR unless what they charge is classified as a flat-fee.
