I think CyDelete has to be #1

it doesnt get mention here a lot

CyDelete lets you Uninstall Cydia applications directly from the springboard just like normal appstore applications, just hold home and tap the X and the app is uninstalled.

I just found out about that like a week ago. It is nice. I wish it was a little bit more smoothly executed though. I don't like how it brings that icon up on the screen that you have to wait for it to disappear. But it is a great app to have. I love Cyntact.

i dunno if its considered underrated but i am ALWAYS using rotationinhibitor. its an sbsettings toggle that turns rotation off and on for all apps. incredibly handy to me.
