The National (UAE) notifications randomly appearing...

Hi there

This last 2 months I have started getting news alerts/notifications for The National newspaper, which is the UAE version... https://www.thenational.ae/international

I have never even seen this newspaper before I started getting the notifications, and from what I can see, it is not part of 'apple news', so cannot turn it off in there...

I don't have an app, from what I can see that is downloaded for this newspaper either, but the notifications are getting a bit annoying now (notifications are top left banner type)..

Anyone any thoughts on what this is, why I'm getting them and how to stop them, or at least where I can look to see..?

Can you take a screenshot of them? Might be web notifications, ie triggered by a web browser

Thx... Didn't think of that as I don't use Safari anymore...It was nestled in Safari notifications and pleased to have bene able to remove it. Thx again...
