it surely is much faster but other than that...we have to learn more about the details.

The bad thing is with all the power concentrated at google, and the directories or other search engines not gaining ground.

But then again we are heading for a new world order with power not in the nations but above them, blind, brute power beyond our grasp. :(;):cool:

I giggle (was a word before Google) when people post about their "fears" of a tech company becoming too big in the market. Really, what's the point and what has justified this omnipotent dread?

IBM too big? Perhaps, if you used to work for Honeywell, NCR, Burroughs, DEC or Wang

Microsoft too big? The giant has yet to slay Apple, though they could have watched it die by not loaning it money. It has yet to slay Linux, Sun, Oracle and is having its lunch eaten by Google, Sony and Nintendo.

Don't suppose many of you remember CompuServe, Delphi, AltaVista.
