The new music app is like 10 steps backwards... it's the single worst music application I have ever used..making it extremely difficult to simply listen to music conveniently, and if you don't have album art for all your music, it looks ugly as well..

I guess we're stuck with it until jailbreak, huh?

Huh? The music app is exactly the same as the iPod app, only with a new icon and without videos. And it works great.

What is the issue

Hi, What are your issues? The Music App as stated is the same thing as the previous iPod App except for the music videos are now in the Video App. Mine looks and acts the same. If you see something different let us know what your issue is and we will try and fix it for you.

It's the same on the phone and I presume the touch. It's COMPLETELY different on the iPad.

It's the iPad music app...completely redesigned, completely dysfunctional... Basically it adds extra steps in order to access music and does away with any kind of convenient listing of the songs in the playlists. You click on a playlist and it starts playing. I order to find songs on a playlist, you click on the playlist, it starts playing, then you open it, then tap on list and only en do you see the songs.

Jailbreak needed to remove this disaster..
