I'm really liking the new layout for music in iTunes that SJ introduced last week. Not so much the album art, but being able to sort your songs by album is really nice. You see the album and all the songs in the album in a nice list that easy to skim.

I hope they include this in the iOS 4.2 update because I'm missing it now on my iPad (hehe, yup I guess I should add it to the list, but still, this is the most recent wish list item).

I'm not sure exactly what you mean because in iPod app on iPad i am able to view the albums with art in separate full lists fine.

Not sure what you are looking for that is different than what is already there

I'm talking about the new layout for albums that was introduced in iTunes 10. It's brand new and is not currently available in the iPod app on the iPad. Steve Jobs just introduced this feature.

In the iPad app currently, you can just view your albums by thumbnails. You then have to touch a thumbnail for it to flip and then you can see the songs that are on the album. In the new layout, songs titles are grouped by album, and if there are more than 5 songs of the album, an image of the album art is included in the list. If you view a list of song titles now they are in alphabetical order, not grouped by album. It's harder to explain than if you check it out in iTunes 10.
