The new Visualhub takes my 5.1 AC3 audio track and puts all the channels to mono

I use the apple tv 5.1 + 2.0 setting and when I put in my MKV that has AC3 5.1 audio , i get a .mov file that has the aac track- and an ac3 track, but the ac3 track has all the channels set to mono. Do I need to manually go through them and set them to their respective channels or do i just leave it?
