That was a good one! Who's Pat Lee, some Verizon fan girl?

Edit: I disagree with the video also. My service has been fine. No compaints, even about MMS (okay mild irritation about MMS, but I can wait for the official deadline of "late" summer).

while i thought the video was pretty funny, AT&T honestly gets the best service where i live, which is supposed to be sprint territory (Daytona Beach Area) At my house where no other provider can maintain a decent signal, i get 2-3 bars average, when i get closer to daytona and south of it i get rock solid 3g, where my girlfriend has sprint and her signal is as nuerotic as a rat on crystal meth. I also used to have verizon and their signal is pretty spotty, sticking only to major cities and the outskirts get nothing. My major gripe with AT&T is how foolish they made themselves look with screwing up MMS.

Good video and very kudos to the ability of the maker to make & edit it. However, for me, I don't agree with it. AT&T has the best service where I live and spend most of my time in.

Just as an FYI to all - I posted because I found it amusing. I happen to like AT&T myself and have had no issues

I don't really have any drop related complaints and AT&T has always accommodated me when I do have a problem (i.e. credit to my bill, etc). So, even though I wouldn't mind the exclusivity dropped, I don't AT&T to lose any chance to be a part of the Apple family for years to come.

How lame and overly dramatic was that?! My ATT service is not bad at all!

And its funny how they show the pictures of the new 3GS features that are "crippled" be ATTs horrible service even though none of those features require any carrier service....

I hope that ATT does lose exclusivity just so all these lame people who dont want to change to ATT and would rather complain about how it "sucks" so much...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Lame and overly dramatic? Did you even watch it?

Sigh...such stupidity is beyond words.

That was pretty cool, although I've never had a dropped call and always have good reception everywhere I've went.

(Knock on wood)

So though it's pretty good (the video) I don't have a problem with them. I went with Cingular since the company I worked with had a discount with them and we were displeased with tmobile, alltel we went with Cingular. When they went to ATT we still didn't have an issue and my bill is pretty cheap so I'm not complaining.

I live in Houston, top 5 biggest cities in the US, and my bars jump around like a kangaroo getting cattle prodded. It's ridiculous.

If I could get constant bars I'd be happy, let alone 3G or 3G speeds...

I don't agree with the content of the message, as my AT&T service is outstanding, but nevertheless I loved it! It was well made and expresses an opinion/experience shared by many people. Good job!!!!

Another one here with no AT&T problems. Very few dropped calls, great quality, and the best coverage in my area bar none (I am still waiting for 3G to come to my small town, but that's to be expected when you live in the country).

Still, the video was funny and well-made.

Fantastic!

I really love the 1-2 dropped calls per day I get. That's over 400 dropped calls since I bought my iPhone. Perhps if this guy makes a 2nd commercial I could be featured! :D

Although the "less bars in more places" really isn't fair. I ALWAYS have 4-5 bars when my calls are dropped, so I have to give AT&T credit there. Giving me bars but not actual service: Brilliant!
