iPhone X The "Notch" was a good design decision, and here's why.

I watched a youtube video where a guy simply sawed off the notch part. I did it and it looks great. I did the headphone jack drill mod to my 7+ also.

Jokes aside: I've had my X for 3 weeks and the notch doesn't bother me. It gives it a more immersive feel. As @boltjames mentioned, it gives apple a certain noticeable look to it.

Time will tell how it will fair down the road. It would be interesting to see if iPads follow suit.
