For those of you with a Note 8, it has a feature of the s pen with smart select and cropping which can be accessed from the edge panel as well.

If you have an S9 or S9 Plus and turn off the edge panel is there still a way to access the smart select features?

(Also has anyone fugured out how to disable the notificqtion pull down while screen is locked?)
