Let me be clear. I love this phone but since January in Atl, I have dropped at least 100 calls and I am not making this up.
I called ATT and they claimed that the tower in my area is "overloaded" and they will get it fixed by adding new spectrum in April.
So I received a case number and long story short, they credited 2 months of unlimited service. I thought I would wait it out.
The last week while I am at home I will call friends and family on favorites, and now I get the above referenced message. They are intentionally trying to limit my drops by redirecting my call to a non-working number.
This will eventually bite ATT in the ass, however, i wonder how.
Any observations?
