The big problem I see with Apple's iCloud service is the lack of sharing options between users, especially with documents, PDF files, etc. This is prominent between iOS and OS X.

Also, sharing things in apps is usually only possible if you Message something to that person or email it. Otherwise, you'd need an account with the app to share among other app users. Apps that use iCloud for syncing would benefit from sharing options between iCloud users.

Hopefully Apple improves iCloud with iOS 7. The only thing I can't figure out is how Apple would share between users. Apple ID email? What are your thoughts on iCloud sharing?

Yeah, I agree. Although Apple has never used Apple IDs in this way before. Would be a first.

I think they need web apps for docs before that can happen and then it will be a delicate balance trying to walk a line between having a web app that can do most of what Pages, Numbers, etc do yet still retain some market for their stand alone iWork apps for Mac and iOS.

Delicate balance for sure. Apple doesn't make money off of user data the way Google does, so they have to be more careful with what services are given away for free.
