I went to an outlet for a comparison, it looks like it's more yellow comparing to the older generation of MBP? Or it's a defective screen?

LCDs aren’t always consistent. No two screens will look the same when placed side by side. I see what you see but it wouldn’t concern me at all. Keep in mind, too, that the different wallpapers will mess with your eyes.

problem is there isn't a clear white since it's more yellowish when I look at the screen. I just want to know whether does all MBP 14" / 16" comes the same yellowish display?

There is always variance between displays. Some of that is due to either settings in the OS or environmental differences (lighting the primary factor there), and some is simply due to the variances in the manufacturing process. However, there is no real trend towards yellowish displays that I'm aware of. Night Shift will also make the display appear slightly yellower, so that's another factor that may be at play there.
