Well, I just wonder how much should I sell my Mac Pro 2010 for?

Mac Pro Mid 2010

CPU: 2x Intel Xeon 3.46ghz Quad-Core 8 cores total
RAM: 32GB 1333mhz DDR3
SDD: Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB ARMOR OC Edition
Condition: Works fine. No issues so far.

Probably around $500. It's hard to tell what the new Mac Pro will do to prices. Could drive them a bit up. Could drive them a bit down.

Because of the 2x 3.46 cpu config I would price it a bit higher, at $550-600. Condition of the case will affect it also. If you put it on eBay you can set it up as a Bid item with a Buy It Now price. Doing it that way may bring more than the $600.

Sell the upgraded parts without rush, you can get around $500 just for the tray and the pair of X5690. If it's a Predator AHCI you can get over $130 for it alone. Your RX 570 will sell for over $120 easily.

You can get over $400 for the bare Mac Pro itself with a single tray, it will cost you $70, and a OEM GPU.

If it's a true 2010/2012 MP5,1 tray with SMC version 1.39f11, you can sometimes get $700+ without RAM and dual 3.46 X5690's. Take photos or screenshots for documentation. Show as many working pics as possible.

It's quad core X2 not six core

Dual X5677?
I think so

It's not 12 cores. It's 8 cores.

Honestly, you’re not going to get as much for those. At least $100 less for CPUs. Most people who are looking at dual MP5,1 trays right now are looking for X5690 or even X5680 on a budget. Dual tray part itself might be worth more to someone looking to swap CPUs or upgrade from a single tray. Some on this forum are looking occasionally.

Processors are EOL’d by Intel and it’s getting cheaper and cheaper to pickup used CPU replacements.
