After updating to Big sur, the "shutdown ... " message always appears on every startup.
I tried updating from Catalina beta and newly clean install, but this message always appears after login.

I would like to know why this message comes out, and how to fix this problem.

Yes. My mac is macmini 2018 with T2 chip.
However I installed the Big Sur on Macmini (separate partition) and also on the Vmware player.
This message appears only on the Vmware player, not on the real Macmini 2018! (I just found this by your comments!).
So I must check Vmware settings or wait for the next Vmware release.
