Does anyone know when EA's "The Simpsons Arcade" is being made available to the UK app store? And before anyone jumps down my throat telling me to search the forum or Google, I have done, and have only found general release dates, stating 'Mid Dec '09', which was when it was released to the US store. Nothing seems to exist about a UK release date - even the EA Mobile UK site says "Mid Dec '09"...

Thanks for the help :)

It is available in the UK store, Have you tried searching for it?

Hmmm, I had about a week or two but couldn't find anything. Didn't think to try again before posting, for the reason given below:

All the links on the web (AppShopper and the like) seem to link to a US-only one, which pops up the error message saying "This isn't available in the UK Store". I just assumed it was a localised version that hadn't (yet) been released in the UK.

Sorry!

Glad you found it!, Its probably best to go directly to the store instead of using refernece links.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7D11 Safari/528.16)

Yep go to the store. I certainly wouldn't go through sites like appshopper, they're sneaky and take a commission payment. Go through a site like Quidco so you get the commission yourself.

Only reason I tend to go via AppShopper is that for some reason the iTunes store seems to load painfully slow on my connection, and its often quicker to load AS, search there and click the link.

Given Appshopper is owned/run by the same person who owns MacRumors, I don't mind if they get a bit of commission!
