I was just outside and my 2021 MacBook Pro was working fine, and when I came back inside and opened it up, the keyboard and trackpad stopped responding after I tried plugging in my MagSafe charger which didn’t work, and then a USB C one. I tried restarting macOS twice and the backlight didn’t turn out at all. I then tried going to startup options, where the backlight did light up but no keys were working. Only the power button works. I should note I‘m on the macOS Sonoma Beta, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Apple Support didn’t have any clues on what to do, and I’m way to far from an Apple Store at school.

That sounds more like a hardware issue than anything software related. You mentioned that this happened after plugging in the MagSafe charger, so it's possible there was some sort of electrical short that affected the keyboard and trackpad. The other indicator pointing to a hardware issue rather than something OS-related is that the issue persists in startup options as well, which is before anything other than the basic bootloader is being run.

I had something similar happen on my MBP m2 16" a week ago.

I have 5 user accounts. When I signed into the last user account, I couldn't move the cursor. All the other user accounts were fine.

I had to do a forced shut down and when I signed into that account after the 3rd or 4th attempt, it was fine. The issue hasn't arisen again.
