Bare with me for the above title. The weather channel app updated to v5.0.x this morning. This is no big unto itself, but when I went and looked at the photos in the redesign the first photo shows a 4G marker in the upper left corner. Foreshadowing? Time will tell.

Wish they would update the PAID version, can't stand ads! Drives me nuts. Otherwise I like the new interface overall.

i find that funny lol. thats what all the reviews say as well. but the advertisements arent that bad at all, they dont pop up or anything like pandora

This app has had really a pretty long history of horrible reviews for the ads. I think the current version is far better than the previous version.
