Managed to get jaku icons up and working on my phone through winter board. Can't get the email icon to change though. I have the folder named com.apple.mobilemail and Icon@2x.png but it just shows up as the stock email icon. Any help appreciated

yes, i have other icons in the same bundles folder and all of them work, just not the email one

You shouldn't have to change it here, but you can try changing the icon in var/stash/applications/mobilemail.
Also, have you tried a respring with an app other than Winterboard? I've found that not all resprings are the same.

Okay, I've got your solution. I tried changing my Jaku mail icon and ran into the same problem you did.
Here's the fix: Even though Mail is not a Cydia app, in the Jaku theme it is themed with a Cydia sized icon (118x120). If you use an Apple sized icon (114x114) it won't work. Your icon needs to be 118x120.
I'm running into the same issue trying to theme iFile and ProTube for the Circles for iPhone theme.
Is there am app we can use to reside the icons or will this have to be done on a desktop?
In the past I've used ThemeIconMaker on Cydia to theme whatever icons were unthemed, but it doesn't seem to be working for me on this jailbreak. Maybe you would have better results.
