Does anyone know where Auxo looks for the icons it uses for its minimized apps? I'm using Jaku icons, but with Auxo I only see the stock icons when multitasking

I would imagine it looks in the individual app bundles, but uses a different icon file than the one used as the actual app icon. It should just be a matter of finding and replacing the right icon file.

Of course, I've been wrong before....

yeah i just noticed this too. im using jaku icons individually, and some of my icons match with auxo, but most dont. instagram and whatsapp icons match, rest all are stock iOS icons. weird...

Icon Changes

So, i was looking into this as well. There is a file in some of the application folders called Icon-Small@2x.png. This is the small icon file, size is 58x58. If you replace the original, it will be changed for Auxo as well as any iOS app that would use that small icon. However, not all application folders have this file either. I am waiting back on email from dev.

Good find!

It's not always Icon-Small@2x, but sometimes something like Icon-50.png, etc. You just have to look for each app. Some themes have these themed already.

The only issue I see it that when an app gets updated, our little hack gets blown away. A step in the right direction, though! Great find, crazycru ;)

to be honest, i did notice the smaller icon image files but didn't pay attention to them, as some of my icons (whatsapp / instagram) have changed in auxo and banner notifications, and i swear ive NEVER touched the smaller icon files for those 2 apps. i only change the 114x114 or 118x120 files. So i never cared for the smaller ones...

OT: I just discovered that Cardswitcher 2.0-1 by iKy1e (@Freerunnering) is compatible on my iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1  And it works with themed icons! Available on the BigBoss repo if anyone is interested.
