I've never been much of a themer but I'm gonna try ayecon...if I download winterboard and ayecon then install it and decide I don't like it and then subsequently delete them both will the theme leave anything behind and mess with the stock ui in any way?

It probably will leave traces behind but shouldn't be an issue.
I recall uninstalling a theme and even after a restore found the stock folder (for the contacts/voice memos/calculator/compass) was still themed.
