I'm quite new to the current theming of os x 10.7+ but found it quite simple and made a few little tools to help the process of managing and applying themes.

I'm wondering where the theming discussions are though? It seems like everyone who makes themes has just gone it alone and not discussed it anywhere..

Does anyone know of a forum for mac theming which is current to 10.8?

I've been able to create several minimal themes with ease and not sure why more people aren't talking about it since it used to be pretty popular back in the OS 10.4- days

Theming on OSX is all but dead. Apple made it very difficult to theme the OS, to the point where theming was possible early on for OSX, its now virtually dead.

Themes for Mac!

Theming on OSX is all but dead. Apple made it very difficult to theme the OS, to the point where theming was possible early on for OSX, its now virtually dead.

Actually themes are back to the Mac!
You can now easily create, download, apply and share OS X themes with Flavours:

Flavours - Tasteful Themes for Mac

Flavours supports OS X 10.7 and 10.8. OS X Mavericks (10.9) is also supported (currently in beta, release soon).

Happy theming!
