I am reviewing some of the leak videos.

I notice that some of the iPhone X sample parts are white faced screens and also shown was blush gold, like the iPhone 8...

I am now thinking, Apple canceled blush gold and the white face...

This either increased production of the screen for one color, black, or set back stock by elimination of white supply.

We will see these colors later, maybe March April, to boost Q2/3 sales.

Thoughts?

That's a fair theory. There was a white faced X in an iPhone 8 box in a chat thread my wife was a part of at work. It wouldn't turn on and the company decided to ship the phone back. She didn't see it in person but saw the pics (as did I). The working theory is a prototype made it into the shipping box either accidentally or intentionally (theft of the working iPhone 8).

I personally wouldn't mind if the white disappeared. Or at least offer all back colors with the black front. Even though I didn't get the white back this year, I really think it looks great.
