Surely thats not right? is there something i need to do? every other intunes purchase transfers ok, maybe some songs i have uploaded myself give me hassle but i really dont get why a song i have purchased only allows me to play it on my computer!

Does it give you an error message when you try to transfer it or burn it?

For the iPhone transfer it just says it cannot be played on this iphone

& this is one of the songs that wouldnt let me burn to a cd either & i had tried it in both audio cd & MP3 format

If you right click on the song and then select "create AAC version" does it allow you to transfer the AAC version to the iPhone?

No its say an error occured -50

I should add that this error happens when i try to create AAC version

That is odd, are there any parental settings on iTunes or the iPhone? And does it allow you to burn the file to a CD? Also, I see that you have multiple Macs, have you tried to sync the file using more than one and does it produce the same errors?
