HomeKit Thermostat keeps disappearing from Home app on other devices self

I have an Emerson Sensi Thermostat. Recently I’ve noticed a problem. While it shows up on my iPhone in the Apple Home app just fine. It doesn’t show up on other devices in the home app. If I go to my fathers phone its not there, or my iMac and its not there. It’s just missing from the app like it doesn’t exist at all.
