I called because apparently my battery is busted on my macbook, This was Nov 29th...

I checked today and its still pending shipping...
Why is it taking so looooong - I wanna be able to use my computer again.

They first told me it was going to be close to a month for a new Macbook battery. I almost flipped out and told that was unacceptable, it came a few days later but the battery I got was cracked on the outer plastic. My blood was almost boiling, I sent the cracked one back and also had to send the whole computer in for screen flicker fixing so I told them to give me a new, uncracked battery all at one time.

I assume the hold is on batteries. I'll call Applecare and see what's up.
