So I have three issues:
1) The cloud doesn't push to anything - I get nothing sent to my phone (not even email), but if I turn off push and then turn it back off, everything syncs, but then nothing pushes afterward. Nothing pushes to my desktop either, even though syncing is set to automatic, though changes are happening when I manually sync. So the only thing that isn't happening is push from the cloud to my devices.
2) My iDisk icon is still the old icon, which makes me think that my MobileMe didn't install properly. I redownloaded the package and reinstalled it, but I still have my old iDisk icon. I'm running 10.5.4, so I don't know what happened. I don't understand how an install can vary its effect on different computers...
3) I still haven't received my apology email - does Apple even know I'm a customer? How have I not received this email after an entire week?

OK, anyone have answers? Have I missed something in the past couple days, because I just let it be in hopes things would improve on their own...

I can only really help with 2 and 3.

2) Have you restarted your Mac since you installed the update? If not, right click the Finder icon in the dock while holding the option key (alt) and click "Relaunch". That should give you the new icon. If not, try rebooting your Mac.

3) Many posters on here have not received the apology e-mail. Something seemed to go seriously wrong with sending them out.

I haven't got the e-mail yet.

Ah, number 2 is fixed - and let me say, that iDisk is as fruity as everyone says it is. What the hell was apple thinking?
