Things OS X/iPhone equivalent ... for Windows?

So, I use and love Things on my Mac and iPhone, but have been forced at work to switch to Win7. I manage all my todo's and GTD in Things, but of course there is no Things for Windows.

Are there any apps with a Windows desktop counterpart that sync like Things does between iPhone and desktop? ... that don't completely suck? ... preferrably with the ability to designate a Win7 hot key you can press to get quick task entry, like Things?

Well depending on the definition of "completely suck", Outlook should suffice? Err wait the iPhone doesn't have a native task apps - Duh me. There's also online solutions: RTM & toodledo
