So far I have noticed that when you disable a jailbreak and just restore it, some things remain unchanged. Here is what I noticed so far. The only method I have seen is by rejailbreaking and disabling these things.

Make It Mine (Erika) - Rename your Service (ex. from AT&T to your name)
Boss Prefs - Numeric Battery

The only method to remove these as far as I know is to rejailbreak, disable them, then resync and remove jailbreak.

If you are taking your phone for repairs or such or to an Apple store make sure you do the following:
1) Disable all things that carry over through jailbreaks.
2) Sync your phone
3) Restore your phone.

Advice:
Before every sync I do on my jailbroken phone, I disable these that way incase anything happens and you have to restore, these aren't enabled.

you can get rid of those if when you restore your iPhone you don't restore from a backup and you start over fresh.

Yeah definitely, but i'm just compiling a list so people know what they have to disable if they want to dejailbreak without having to restore their entire iPhone.

So this is if you restore from backup, even using a backup file from before you jailbroke?

Also a good point is that you should make sure you disable these, then backup then restore and reapply the backup.
