Things will highlight but not click in the app store

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this. The "Update" or "Install" button does it most often; the button will change colors as if it were being pressed, but nothing will happen. Sometimes if I search for an app and then try to select the app to view its description/screenshots, I can't click the app in the search results either. Rebooting the iPhone doesn't fix it; waiting a few hours and then trying to update my apps again seems to be the only thing that works. As in, it's not constant; it works 75% of the time, which is hardly reliable. I'm using a 64gig 4S btw.
