I purchased a new iPhone 6S+ yesterday from the Apple store which arrived today.

Looks like is running iOS 9.1 out of the box. Am I right in thinking this is jail breakable? It's been a while since I JB'd, but seeing as I might have the option I'm willing to give it a go to see what if anything is new.

I know I should search but does JB'ing break Apple Pay? Might not bother if that's the case.

9.1 is jailbreakable on 64-bit devices. Your 6S+ is a 64-bit device.
