HI EVERYONE,
I'M GOING TO SPEND MY SAVED BUCKS FOR A MBP - AND IT MUST BE MY WISEST CHOICE EVER:p. AS A POOR STUDENT, I AM LOOKING FOR A SLIGHTLY USED OR REFURBISHED MBP FOR CHEAPER PRICE. I THINK ALMOST ERRORS COME FROM BRANDNEW MBP, NOT THE 2ND ONES. SO ANYONE GOT 2ND OR REFURBISHED MBP AND WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH THEM TILL NOW? GOOD OR BAD? DISADVANTAGES / ADVANTAGES? I REALLY NEED YOUR COMMENTS TO FULFILL MY MIND BEFORE I GIVE OUR FINAL DECISION. THANKS IN ADVANCE!:)

Well, at least it won't have a stuck Caps Lock key.... Sorry, but using all caps is considered as shouting (and is rather difficult to read!)...

However, yes, refurbs are a great deal. Around 80% of the 'new' Macs I've bought over the years have been refurbs and apart from the box they come in, you'd never know the difference. A great way to save some dough :)
