AIM away messages are very important to me...is there any way to transfer them from my pc to a mac?

What? Please tell me you are kidding?

Don't get a Mac if the deal breaker is away messages. Please save us all.

lol...this is the funniest question I've read.

maybe the op is just joking around?

if so, good one! :D

It's not that strange of a question.

My daughter wanted to install AIM on my G5, just because she was used to using
AIM on her P/C

I showed her how to configure iChat and now she loves it.
She would like a better selection on smilies though.

She's actually more upset that my firewall settings limit what she can do
on MySpace.

well, i'm really half joking lol

i AM getting a mac, and a friend of mine who has converted me offered to manually convert all of my hundreds of away messages over if i buy one

when i got the pc im on now i was able to switch them over by copying the windows registry file to a disc...but apparently on macs the away messages arent stored in the registry so it would be hard(impossible) to switch them over, i just thought maybe clever someone here would know a way
