I REALLY wanted this one to have a good screen but no, once again the same backlight/yellowing gradient...
Now I don´t know what to do, I thought about a mini but then I can forget about gaming, damn it apple release a mid tower already!!!
Well, I guess this means I´ll have to wait for the next revision.

Sorry to hear this.

In a situation like this, do you have to pay a restock fee?

Do different restock fee rules apply to buying online vs. buying in the store?

Do different restock fee rules apply to buying a standard configuration vs. buying a BTO unit?

I am on my 2nd iMac now. My first had the gradient/yellowing issue. When I brought it back, I checked out some floor models and they had it too (not all of them. Once I demonstrated the problem to the genius behind the counter, it was easy to get a replacement (which was opened and tested on the spot). No issues with the new one except that I noticed a speck of something on the inside of the glass... I took a simple suction cup and pulled the glass off and cleaned it. All is well. Good luck with the next iMac.. :)
