I've had the iPhone 8 for just over a week now, and I am having serious issues with finding lightning jack adapters and bluetooth devices that don't ignore the volume limit I use for listening to music.

I'm pretty sensitive to loud noises and music, and any accessories besides the original jack adapter (which I fear will not last particularly long with the amount I will use it) are currently ignoring that volume limit; it's set to between a quarter and a third of the way along the slider in the Music options in settings).

Has anyone got any recommendations for adapters (preferably bluetooth) that will actually work with the volume limit? I'm getting annoyed because I'm sick of having my eardrums blasted out.
