Third party apps can't focus close up documents in iPhone 15 pro

For setting up my new phone, some bank apps needs to upload on ID document (NIF). For this, they use their own app. The problem is, third party apps (not all of them, like Amazon) do not automatically switch to the ultra angular lens for close up photos, and so can't scan the document.

One app that can't scan close up documents: Dropbox.

Any solution or tip other than contacting with all the different app developers?

Unfortunately this issue goes all the way back to iPhone 12 Pro Max. Never fixed. had to use my old iPhone 6 to verify in the past ….
