Third Party Email Set Up Help

both my wife and I have the new IPhone 4. I had the 3G and its her first IPhone.

We both have email through local roadrunner.com and both phones are set up the same Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers but she keeps getting the message
"Cannot Get Mail
the mail server pop-server.roadrunner.com......


any idea how to fix this?

Contact your ISP...they can provide you with the POP, SMTP, and port settings you need to access your mail
