What does this mean? Is it because I’m on the 12.1 beta? I’ve never seen anything like this.

I think it is because the iCloud Drive app is now incorporated in the current "Files" app, so is not available to reinstall as a separate app. Use your Files app to do the functions that need the iCloud Drive.

Well I’ll be damned. I asked because a shortcut formula I was using called for the iCloud Drive app. Interesting that someone building a shortcut would just assume anyone using it would know this.
