iPhone This Device is not eligible for the requested build

Hi guys,
I just help my mom upgrade to an iPhone 4s. The guy who sold it to me did not restore it. I want to clean restore, re-jailbreak. However when i try to restore the 5.1.1 in dfu, i get error 16xx. Then I realized that hosts. I then went into my tiny umbrella and uncheck the " set host to cydia" After I get the error "this iphone iPhone is not eligible for the requested build. I checked and double checked that is the right ispw. I also went into cydia, and I do have the shsh 5.1.1 saved in my cydia. I tried everything, but still can't get it to work. Any cluses? Thanks

SIDENOTES:
- OSX 10.7.4
- itunes 10.7
- Phone on 5.1.1
- my host files already have # marks in front of the apple ones.

I'll bet you can find the answer with a little searching.. btw if you restore via dfu mode you will upgrade to 6.0 there is no way to downgrade to 5.1.1 at the moment on the 4s even with shsh blobs hopefully very soon.

You cannot restore to 5.1.1 without hashes.
If you have 5.1.1 hashes, you will be able to restore when new Redsn0w is released.

yeap, as long as you don't upgrade to 6.0 and you can wait for them to release the newest redsn0w then you should be fine.
