I changed my Apple ID and when signing into iCloud on my Mac I receive the message "This iCloud account already exists" and cannot sign in. I did not sign out of iCloud prior to changing my mistake but cannot sign in now. Contacted Apple were useless as usual and have assigned to an engineer. Anyone know of a fix? I am sure will be week before "engineer" investigates thanks.

Update Apple fixed it. Had to do something with library and terminal.

Ok... you got the dig in...

Update Apple fixed it. Had to do something with library and terminal.

And, as is my usual experience, they got the job done.

Sometimes they are just that useless. #SMH... After all, it is what they do.

First level help was clueless but whoever called me back was awesome. I must say they do have overall superior customer service. Does sometimes warrant the premium pricing.
