This iPad site is a scam right?

My Dad received this email. I've edited out identifying names and email addresses.

The website looks very pretty.

A few things that bother me:
- Why do they need 5000 testers?
- They operate outside of the US
- Privacy Policy seems sketchy

Sounds like a scam to collect people's personal data to me.

Absolutely fake. The webpage looks nice. You can find the template on dreamtemplates and download it for a $60.00 subscription price. They didn't even bother to change the minor icons. Link to template below.
