for all of those wondering how to actually fix Push Notifications, do this.
1.Restore your iPhone
2.Get an activated AT&T sim card
3.Insert AT&T sim card, plug in to iTunes
and follow the directions
4.and pretty much you are done
5.Now just jailbreak your iPhone, install Blacksn0w and your Push Notifications should work now as well as YouTube, it worked for me and it should work for all of you guys.
Hacktivate is no longer needed and you rid yourself of having to suffer from the "Push fix" app in cydia that only drains your battery.
