Error: this is not a supported method of installing the operating system (Please run install OS X 10.11.app that you downloaded from the App Store)

Is anyone know about this error ? I tried everything to solve this problem even spend hrs on the phone with apple but no solution.

What Happen: My Operating system hard drive got fail so i installed the new hard drive.
after i install the new hard drive.
1. i was trying to recover from Internet recovery. Not sure why but its not working.
2. 2nd Option i made the bootable USB with OS X 10.11 El CAPITAN and boot from there installed everything and after restart i got the same error.
3. We thought there is hard drive problem then we test the hard drive with first aid and re-format and tried same thing again for 5 time. but we got the same error.
4. We replaced the hard drive to another new hard drive. But same error
5. Then we thought we should try the OS X Maverick But its comes to same error.

This is Mid 2012 Mac Pro, On old Hard drive we had El CAPITAN installed

Apple Doesn't know what to do. If any help or any ideas to try something please share with us

You mention creating a bootable USB, but have you actually tried just running the "Install OS X El Capitan" file that downloaded to your Application Folder, as the error message states?

Try removing all internal drives, so that the boot drive is the only drive installed in your MacPro.

But, are you trying to install OS X to a RAIDed set of drives? That could be a possible reason for your error, as installing to a RAID is not natively supported by the installer.

Yes we did made the bootable disc with OS X El Capitan that was downloaded from app store. but error is still same

Yes i did removed all the other hard drives. Its only one SSD 500gb hard drive. No we are not using RAID its only one SSD hard drive

In case I did not make myself clear,
download the El-Capitan install file,
do not create a USB installer,
Locate the El-Capitan install file in your Application Folder and dbl-click to run it from there.
Now report what happened...
