this is really odd...

i made a website for my final project for a class, and i decided to put it online on my friend's server, but it has some issues on the server. it works perfectly off my hard drive, or on a cd (the way we turned it in), but over the internet it doesn't work. i compared the source of the file on my machine and on the internet, and some weird stuff inside a script tag that i don't really understand is there that's making an image not show up and interfering with some text. that works fine in ie though, however another image doesn't work even in ie.

what's wrong? this is the first time i've put a site on the internet so i've never had any experience with that. it doesn't really matter, as the school year's over, but it'd just be nice to have it online. thanks for any help!

edit: god, i'm retarded. the site is at http://alexward.motherboardcafe.com the screenshots are of the upper right color scheme from the splash page, but the same thing applies to all 4 colors.

odd again...i can access it perfectly. well, except for the whole "not working" bit. and yes, all the files are there. that was my first thought

edit: when you clicked the link did it have www in there? i accidentally put that at first then edited it.

Hi Alex

Just clicked on your site and - er - um - er - it is all working just fine for me (Shiira is my browser). All images are showing, nice rendering, links all work and basically a nice site. The ONLY slight criticism (that you didn't even ask for, but what the hell, school's out) is that I have to scroll through each page to reach the end; maybe there is enough space on your pages to accomodate all text? That's just me being picky.

I particularly liked the option to choose a colour scheme right at the beginning.
