ATT and the Iphone will work great for some people and won't for some others.....it really comes down to where you live.....When I lived in Utah, I had my personal cell phone under ATT and it worked great everywhere. I always had full bars. My work cell phone I had through Sprint first and the service was horrible so they switched to Verizon which also sucked.

Now I know there are a lot of fanboys that will whine and cry about how the iPhone doesn't work everywhere they go and that there are deadspots but those things are a reality for everyone. Honestly you should have done your homework on if ATT works great for where you live/work. It honestly isn't ATT's fault that there isn't service where you are. They can't please all of you. If you are really that die hard about having the iPhone then you won't complain and just live with it. If you really don't like ATT's service then switch to a different carrier....

If AT&T claims they have service in your area and it is terrible service at that...then yes, it is there fault and not the consumers (as in, the consumer being the one at fault for the service being poor)

BUUUUTTTTT

I do agree that it is in the buyers best interest to find out HOW GOOD/BAD AT&T is in their area.
