...in case anyone was interested.. :D

I've read a lot of complaint threads, most of which I assume are legit. And, it caused me to back off on an MBA purchase. I can only guess that most happy owners never take the time to gush on the message boards.

So, while firmly entrenched in the honeymoon period, all is well. Too well.

One complaint, from my wife, when she rolls over in bed, the sharp MBA edge often causes her to wake up. Silly woman, rolling over onto my MBA. :D:D:D

...and xslimmer recovered 2.2gb of HD space. I just am too lazy to do an entire re-install of the OS. The 12.95 for xslimmer was worth it for time alone.

Yes, I was one of the happy customers who have no complaints on my MBA. It truly is the BEST ever laptop I've ever used (Sony - FX140, X505, S150P, HP - nc4000, 12" Powerbook 1.5GHz, Macbook white 2.0, Macbook black 2.16). It's very well designed and built. Yes, it was a 1st gen product, and some were unlucky to get ones with core shut down issue. But overall, most are problem free. It is simply my ideal dream machine!
