I subscribe to Apple music, and have CDs I ripped years before to MP3 on my Hard Drive, however in Catalina even though I have the physical files on the hard drive Apple music refuses to play them it either grays them out or says this song is not available in your country! Is there any work around to this I have the physical files so not like I'm streaming it shows up in the library but will not play.

If the tracks were matched, then Apple Music is going to stream the on-line copy vs playing the one you have, and if it's not distributed in whatever country your Apple Music is set to, you can't play it.

Yet another reason in the list of reasons to NEVER give Apple Music access to the local library, even through it completely gimps the service if you don't.
