Also, I don't know if you intended it, but the "H" is 5 blocks wide, inconsistant with the other 4-block-wide letters.

I did this by hand in Photoshop CS 2 using the Pencil Tool (each thing is 1px x 1px thank God).

I understand this is iTunes, but how is it done?
