You could always buy a Modbook, if you have to write on the display.

Wacom's Cintiq is does the same thing but is better and works with Mac and Windows.

The Wacom cintaq is actually like another monitor.. this EZ Canvas is an attachment to your existing monitor ... - no doubt the wacom is high end..
