This zoom box is ruining my life

I feel silly for not being able to get this to stop, but I keep getting this popup and it's really frustrating. I thought I turned it off in settings, but apparently I didn't. Is there a way that I'm missing to make it stop coming up?

Check your accessibility settings and turn off zoom and accessibility shortcut options.
 
Do you know if this will definitely turn it off? Because I do have all of the zoom options off. I almost feel like it just won't turn off. I'm not even sure how I'm activating it, because I'm not doing any of the things listed in the zoom menu.

So your Zoom shows Off in accessibility settings, and your Accessibility Shortcut also shows Off there as well?

That box was driving me nuts when I first got my X. It would pop up randomly. I had to shut off Zoom and Show Controller in the Accessibility settings. Hasn't popped up since.

I believe so. Haven't gotten the popup yet today, but I also haven't used my phone much. Thanks for the help, though.

Might want to scroll all the way down to check on the Accessibility Shortcut setting (to make sure that it's Off or at least isn't set to Zoom).

Ah, thank you. I wasn't sure what you meant by that before. It also shows that it's off, so I am going to hope it doesn't pop up again. Thanks again!
